How Do I Apply?

Upward Bound follows a rolling admissions policy and will consider students as long as there are spots available. We'd love to have you join our program! 

Please apply in one of the following ways:

• Download a fillable application: WVU TRIO Upward Bound Program Application (downloadable)
• Contact your school counselor for a paper application
• Contact the Upward Bound office for more information or to have an application sent to you
• Nominate a student (or yourself) and an Upward Bound staff member will contact you: Student Interest/Nomination Form

Upward Bound accepts applications year-round, but is currently in the priority recruitment cycle with a priority deadline of Friday, March 15, 2024.
